How does Day Trio work?
Browse hand-picked days out, each planned and run by a verified local. Pick a date, confirm your details, and pay securely. Your e-voucher arrives instantly — show it on the day. That's it.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Every day shows its cancellation policy before you book — for example, a full refund of the day price if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start. Once you pick a date you'll see the exact deadline in local time, and it's on your confirmation too. If a day charges our service fee, that fee isn't refunded when you cancel. You can move your date once, free, while a full refund is still available, to a date at the same price or lower. If the date you want costs more, message us and we'll help you switch.
Are the partners verified?
Business registration and tax details verified. Their reviews and prices checked. We personally check the people behind every partner. Only a few chosen: when several apply for the same trip, we pick the best one.
How do I get my voucher?
Instantly after payment — by email and inside your Day Trio account. For most days a QR code or booking reference is enough; some operators may ask you to print it.
What if something goes wrong on the day?
Each booking includes the partner's contact and our 24/7 support line. If the partner cancels, or the day can't run because of weather, a road closure, a permit refused by the authorities, a government order or a local strike, you get a full refund, service fee included — and you're welcome to book another date.
