Day Trio is a marketplace. Each trip is run by a local partner, and Day Trio is where you find it and book it.

Find your trip
Search a place, or browse by what you enjoy. Every trip page tells you the whole day before you pay anything:
- The plan hour by hour: pickup, each stop, drop-off
- What’s included, and what’s not
- Who can book, and what your host needs from you
- The refund rule

Pick a date, an option and your group
Choose your date first, then the option — on this trip, which car — and how many of you are going.
The price you see is the price you pay: taxes and fees are already in it. It only goes up if you add travellers or an optional extra.
At checkout
Pay securely
Add your name, phone and email, and pay online by UPI or card.
Going somewhere that needs a permit? Pay now and add each traveller’s details after booking. The trip page tells you what your host needs and by when — on this trip, up to 16 hours before it starts.

It comes by email and sits in your Bookings, with the pickup time and place, what to bring and the cancellation terms.
No printing needed — your phone is enough.
The day before
Your partner’s phone number arrives
24 hours before pickup, your partner’s name and phone number come by email, so you can sort out the pickup together.
Plans changed? Cancel online in a few taps from your Bookings.
On the day
Get picked up and enjoy the day
Your partner meets you at the pickup point on your booking — on this trip, your hotel. Show your booking reference with the lead traveller’s name, and you’re off.
After your trip
Tell others how it went
After your trip, you get an email asking how it went. Only travellers who booked can leave a review.
One price, from first look to checkout
Taxes and fees are in the first price you see. Some trips are priced per car, some per person — the trip page says which.
The total only changes when you change something: more travellers, or an optional extra you choose.

For example, “Full refund up to 24 hours before”. You see it before you pay, and your exact deadline once you pick a date.
Trip can’t run? Full refund
If the day can't run — weather, a road closure, a permit refused by the authorities, a government order, a local strike — you get a full refund, service fee included. If a day has started and weather, snow or a road closure stops it partway, the day counts as run and isn't refunded.

Who runs the trip?
A checked local partner, named on every trip page. Day Trio is the marketplace where you find and book the trip: it checks partners, shows one all-in price and takes your payment securely.
Is the price per person or per car?
The trip page says. Private trips are priced per car — you choose the car — and shared trips per person. Taxes and fees are always included.
Can I book once I’m already there?
Yes. Book before you arrive or once you’re there. If it’s too late to book a date, the calendar won’t offer it.
When do I get my partner’s phone number?
By email, 24 hours before pickup. Need help before then? Message Day Trio on WhatsApp — help is on hand 24/7.
Do I need a permit?
Some places need one, and the trip page says so. After booking, you add each traveller’s name, date of birth and ID, and your host uses them to apply for the permit.
What if the weather turns or the road closes?
If the day can't run — weather, a road closure, a permit refused by the authorities, a government order, a local strike — you get a full refund, service fee included. If a day has started and weather, snow or a road closure stops it partway, the day counts as run and isn't refunded.
Do I need to print anything?
No. Show your booking reference on your phone, with the lead traveller’s name.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely, and Day Trio never stores your full card details.
