Terms of Service

Day Trio (“Day Trio”, “we”, “us”) operates an online marketplace that connects travellers with independent local operators offering days out (“days”). These terms apply to everyone who uses the platform.

Day Trio operates through a registered business. When you book, you contract with:

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to book a day out. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Day Trio is a marketplace. The days are created, run and fulfilled by the independent operators who list them — they are the provider of the service you book. When you make a booking, you enter into a contract with that operator for the day, and with Day Trio for use of the platform.

We work to verify operators and present accurate information, but the operator is responsible for running the day as described, including safety, conduct and compliance with local laws.

The price you first see for a day includes everything compulsory to book it — there are no surprise charges added later. A Day Trio service fee applies and is shown as part of your total at checkout, so the total you see is the total you pay, in the currency indicated. Payment is taken at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.

The Day Trio service fee is not refunded if you cancel; it is refunded if the operator or Day Trio cancels. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Each day displays its own cancellation policy before you book. Refunds, where applicable, follow that policy and any free-cancellation window shown on the listing. You can manage eligible bookings from the My bookings area of your account. If an operator cancels, you will be notified and refunded in line with the policy. You agree to provide accurate traveller details, to arrive on time, and to follow the operator’s reasonable instructions and safety guidance during the day. Some days carry inherent risks or have eligibility requirements (such as age, health or permits) — these are shown on the listing and are your responsibility to meet.

You may submit reviews and other content. It must be honest, lawful and your own. By submitting content you grant Day Trio a licence to use and display it in connection with the platform. We may moderate or remove content that breaches these terms.

Operators who list days are bound by a separate partner agreement in addition to these terms. If you’d like to list your days out, see Become a partner.

The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Day Trio is not liable for the acts or omissions of operators or for the days themselves, which are provided by the operators. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the law of India, where the Day Trio entity you contract with is registered, and disputes are handled there.
