Day Trio is a marketplace. The days you book are created, run and fulfilled by independent local operators — they are the provider of the service. Day Trio provides the platform and handles the booking and payment. If your question is about how a day is run on the ground, we'll connect you with the operator who runs it.
For complaints about how we handle your personal data, our Grievance Officer is Ajay Sharma, reachable at ajaysharma@daytrio.com. We aim to acknowledge within a reasonable time and resolve promptly.
