We share the details needed to fulfil your booking with the operator who runs your day out. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the safety and rights of users. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting and reporting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
