Every Travel guide answers one question you have before you book a day out. Here is who writes them, how each one is checked, and how the days in them are chosen.
Ajay Sharma
Founder, Day Trio
Day Trio earns when a day is booked: a commission from the operator, and a small service fee shown at checkout. Today, operators don't pay to appear in guides. If that ever changes, paid placements will be clearly labelled 'Sponsored'.
AI tools help us research and draft. Every guide is read, checked and approved by a person before it's published, and every fact is checked against official sources or with the operator who runs the day.
Photos are Day Trio's own, or supplied by a local operator with their written permission. Operators are never named in a guide.
The "Updated" date changes only when something in a guide really changes.
